like it dosnt show up when i go to upload but when i pull it up on gimp it says i have it ,, but when i got to photobucket its not there

save it as PNG, it wont detect GIMP files.

jpg is better btw XD the quality is higher. go save as... then choose jpg =]

Err... Go to save as, and when you locate the File Type, click on it and scroll to find either as JPEG, .jpg, jpeg, (first three are the same, just different notation for them.) or PNG.

PNG is not better XP its just bigger because it support transparent XD

As proof, save a jpg multiple times by opening then overwriting. Repeat many times (at least 20). Now do the same with png and see if the image quality is the same afterwards.
